All products orders may be cancelled in line with your UK statutory rights.

A full refund of unwanted products will be made on for items returned within 90 days of purchase providing that you have the original receipt.
Products must be returned to Visible Arts Ltd trading address at: Flat 6 32 Pembridge Square London W2 4DT .

If you do not have the receipt we'll give you a merchandise exchange or a merchandise certificate to the value of the current selling price. So please keep those receipts

Used items may only be returned at the discretion of the certified management.
