Sole traderships are no longer being established as such but the business started as a sole
tradership and this has legal implications for past track record of the artist Belinda Hale
to whom the business has always pertained. Any attempt to confuse the businesses of the
artist or her copyright will be challenged in due course. The artist does and always has
owned her own copyright and no one else has authority to address it as such. Any such
instances will be treated as simple fraud as far as the artist is concerned. The artist has g
gained help in promoting the facts via government authorities and can only take action where
such instances are reported to her or the police. She would urge victims of such fraud to
report it accordingly. The artists herself is legally obliged to pursue fees which are
outstanding to her. The artist does not endorse criminal professional negligence and will not.
Although the artist may supply Visible Arts Ltd the artist is also free to work
independently of her company.
It should be understood that the Company has not acquired
Belinda Hale T/A Visible Arts and that this was never the intention of the director
when she set up Visible Arts Ltd. The Company exists separately for the production
and distribution of multimedia wares as well as artistic and literary creation. It is also
registered to trade on a whole sale basis as well as to retail.
